Is in the top half of rockstar bios. Like most of them the beginnings are god, and the ends are difficult. But it is pretty adept.

I have read it. I would say required reading if you are a fan of Black Sabbath. Even for the genesis tales of at least one of the early Sabbath lyrics - the writing isn't great - might be interesting to get the audio book - apparently he narrates it!

I listened to Geezer read his audiobook through Spotify. It was a gas. Great stories as you could imagine. His perspective on Sabbath and what happened is what you get. He doesn't dish but he's a shoots it straight.

I’ll echo that it is a really good book. Tells some great stories, i’m not any kind of Sabbath historian, so i’m not sure if most of them are well known ones or not, but many of them were quite entertaining.

Yes, I really enjoyed it. I finished few weeks ago and have started re-reading chapters as I listen to the relevant albums.
Geezer actually wrote the book, unlike many other autobiographies.

I loved it. Good stories about the band and he is open about his struggles with depression. Always dug his bass playing and came away from the book admiring him as a person
