Genz Benz does it again!

Bigtime thanks to the fine folks at Genz Benz. I finally got
successful resolution to the problem detailed in this earlier
thread:

I would not want to be indiscreet and over-elaborate, but
I can easily say that I would definitely have been screwed
were it not for direct (and repeated) intervention by GB,
up to and including Jeff himself. I cannot overstate how
impressed I am with this vendor's commitment to customer
satisfaction.

My sincere thanks both Genz Benz and also the TB'ers
that responded to my initial note. I have used the cabinet
in question along with my Neo-Pak at a couple gigs since
the speakers were swapped, and it just sounds great!

That is the exact reason that I hooked up with GB.. the CS,, then i found out the gear is great..

Agreed. Totally impressed by Genz Benz service, as well as Bergantino.

G&L also has a very good service.

Not so much with Fender and SWR and Ampeg and Ibanez and Gibson and Crown and so on, and so on, and so on...... lol
