PS: I love the look of Liam's "ministack" (or should that be "microstack"?). Boosting the power to 300W, more headroom, killer look, and light as a feather. Life doesn't get any better...
Funny, as I read your post I was going to chime in about the STL10t extension. Seems that I don't need to ...I've played the Shuttle 6.0-210t combo, and I also prefer my setup. It's funny ... the ministack is about 8 pounds lighter, and has 75 less watts (i.e., no audible volume difference, unless there are significant SPL differences between the cabs). FET versus tube pre. About the same price. The big difference -- beside the tube, of course -- is extensibility. I do think the 210 combo on top of a Neox112t would be an absolute *bomb* . I think that will end up being a combination that more than one player gravitates toward. Aggressive punch from the 210, and full-range richness and lows from the Neox112t.
Can't wait for someone to review that combination!

Did you try notice any difference between the DI's ground and ground lift switch positions? Were you sending the signal to the 1D as a line or mic level signal? Was the signal clean over the hum? If you were sending a line level signal, did the FOH engineer know to expect line level? Were there 1 or 2 control surfaces and was the split within the 1D stage box (& processor)? Is the 1D a V1 or V2, and does it have ground lift switches on the input panel?Already set a PM to the GB boys. I'm sure it's something silly.

Be sure both the lift switch on the input panel and the lift switch on the amp are not both in the lift position or there will be a noise problem. There can also be a noise problem if the AC power has a missing ground and either the amp or the console ground switches are lifted. These noise causes can not be corrected for by conventional means. A mic cable with an open shield can also cause noise problems that can't be cured with a ground lift switch.
In a few very specific instances where a 1:1 isolation transformer with dual electrostatic shields can make all the difference in the world in solving these kinds of problems that nothing else will. This is something I custom build as a special solution, generally for the touring guys.
See if the above info helps narrow down the issue.

Just got a 3.0 10 T combo.
I had to laugh when I started playing this amp.
As everyone says, a huge sound from a tiny package.
I like the bass, and treble boost.
I don't find the mid boost as usable. ( a little harsh)
I wanted the 3.0 10 T for playing with my acoustic trio. (guitar, bass, and Harp)
Will pickup a 10" extension cab down the road.
For gigs with a drummer.
These things are the bomb.
I use my 3.0 10T with a 4 piece - guitar, keys and drums and it's fine. I played a jazz trio gig last night - background music but in a huge ballroom and it worked great all by itself.
I thought I'd have to get an extension cab but I'm holding off for a while until I find I really need one.
I LOVE the one trip load in/out.
