Funny. I worked for Billy Morris at Morris Communications for a few years. Good company.

I used to have to go to Augusta twice a month from Savannah. Which is how I got to be familiar with Sylvania... I used to drive through it to get to Augusta.

I enjoyed those drives, haulin' boogie through the countryside blasting jams on the radio.

LOL! There was a girl I met from there that was Trouble with a capital "T". I never dated her but she colored my impression of that little town. I always said "Stay away from Sylvania girls... they're heck on wheels!"

I'm sure you're wife is nice. It was just funny to me back then.

I used to go hunting up there after Billy Morris bought Millhaven Plantation. The grandson of the old owners still has hunting rights to the land... a guy named John Frankhauser. I used to go hunting with him up there.

Some really nice people in Bulloch and Screven Counties. With all the concrete and sprawl around me I miss trees, forests and the miles and miles of farmland there.

I can attest that in some areas of Georgia the Indian Burial Grounds were "hot spots"... not so much for partying but for making out by the local teenagers.

I dated a girl in Early County (Blakely) when I was in high school and I when there for her prom. And they have some impressive Indian Burial Grounds nearby... and that was THE PLACE to go and make out with your girl it would seem.

It was so strange, almost like people had arranged parking or territories in that place. And no one talked about it. LOL. Kids in rural areas come up with some crazy stuff to entertain themselves sometimes.

Not too distant, I actually live right outside the Village. Basically behind "The EARL", about 6 blocks. Nice to know there are other player's in the neighborhood, besides the Keyboard player that knocked on My door at 7 am because He heard Me practice'n and wanted to offer a gig.

SouthGaBass, just let me know when the show is and I'll see if I am free. My schedule is about to get really crazy. I am the chef at GSU and with football starting in a few week, my weekends are shot for the next three or four months. But just let me know, PM me or what not.
