I sent him 4 different links that list the bass as 299.99 and told him even the MSRP is only 500 bucks, and told him he must have done some pretty crappy research

AS I have told many people, I have researched this price online as well as local music stores based on details, quality and condition and I stand by my price. This isn't an old beat up, well used guitar. I originally purchased this at a well known store in my city for $1,000. I stand by my pricing.

I would Love to see the look on the "well known local music store" owners face when he comes in asking why he paid almost $1000 for this piece of crap.

Someone send him an email telling him to go back there, and that standard trade in is 1/2 of selling price, and go get his 500$ from them, and stop tryin to rip people off.

GUITAR PURCHASED NEW IN APRIL 2007 NEW FOR SON. HE PLAYS THE STRING BASS AND HIS TEACHER SAID IT WOULD HELP HIM TO PRACTICE AT HOME. HE USED IT A TOTAL OF 4 TIMES. IT WAS IN THE CLOSET THE REMAINDER OF THE TIME.

He's either a lying scumbag trying to put one over on somebody, or he got royally screwed when he purchased it new in April of 2007.

Either way, he's a bonehead.
