Quilters once sewed imperfections intentionally to demonstrate they are not perfect. Some may still do that?
Mrs. Dog is an avid, obsessive quilter and goes to extremely great lengths to correct her mistakes. But she never feels like any of them are perfect. And it bothers her no end to find a mistake after it's completed. But she's not above disassembly to fix it!

Nah, you just love pizza.Every week I make a pizza, every week I say that I can do better next time. It gives me the impetus to keep trying. I imagine that quilting is like that, as are so many other things in life.
Ya want a great mistake? Herb Alpert's solo on "Taste of Honey". Fee-ahh.Speaking of mistakes, Lynn Bivianno (sp?) had 2 very noticeable mistakes on Blood, Sweat, and Tears songs. Bs&T released the records with the mistakes.
I’m glad that some engineer didn’t try to fix them. It shows that even the best musicians in the world aren’t perfect.

I don't record myself either....
Life's too short to be wasting it listening to crappy music....![]()
I believe American Indian rugmakers still do that.Quilters once sewed imperfections intentionally to demonstrate they are not perfect. Some may still do that?
Ask my home renovation contractor about me and that.Good enough is not good enough in my book. I want things done right...

What happens once you've created the Perfek (used by permission) pizza?Every week I make a pizza, every week I say that I can do better next time. It gives me the impetus to keep trying.
Never make another pizza? 'Cos once you've achieved purfekshun...........I believe American Indian rugmakers still do that.
Ask my home renovation contractor about me and that.
