Getting a Genz Benz amplifier fixed

Status

I live in the middle east at the moment. I have a Genz Benz 300W Shuttle. [mod edit: stick to the details of the amp please]

Anyway, I am still trying to get the thing fixed.

The problems are:

Distortion, though the speaker appears to be in perfect.
Slight electric shock, though it appears well-grounded.
Intermittently cuts off.

I have 240v electricity. Could this be an issue? Is it possible to get it fixed somewhere in the U.S. if I mailed it in? I tried to get it fixed in Sydney, the repairman had some questions so called Fender, who patched him into Romeo....this is ridiculous.

I am never buying a boutique amp again.

Mr Genzler,

The last time you corresponded with me you told me not to contact you again. Did you change your mind?

@Spanky123 ---- I'd like to offer that before this thread goes on to far, please PM me and we can discussion your options for your issue.
That would be the best way to move forward with your issue at this point.
I'll look forward to hearing from you.

Just to clarify, I am trying to get my damned amp fixed. I don't like this guy and he doesn't like me. In the course of human events, this occasionally happens. Isn't there someone else who can help me fix this thing? Surely an electrical problem is not so unique that only the amp's maker can fix it.

Jeff Genzler is the gentleman who designed your “amp”. There is no one better on this planet to advise you on fixing it.
