From waht I have read about it, it actually does what it says it does, although I don't know why you just could'nt use a 2 inch thick piece of hard foam rubber or strofoam. They are kinda pricey.

Quality ones are $$$$$$$$$ the locks gum up and/or break unless you're sending $15 each.
Harbor Fright sells moving dollies for $15.

Yup, I have two of these that I put under my cabs. A lot of stages are hollow wood construction and get very boomy. I tried one and it didn't take care of all of it. Two Gramma's eliminated it completely.
I put my Dr. Bass 2460 Neo on a folding metal luggage/suitcase stand, works like magic to clean up any boom. Your 2-15 may be too heavy for something like this, however.
I've never noticed any boominess from my rig. I'm running a GK400RB and a DBX compressor to a VX215 right now, and the tone works fine for me. A little head room would be nice, tho...

I don't think casters are a good idea. I'm happy with my overall tone right now - so I'm not looking to improve anything there. Also, our van has been running short on room lately, so space is at a premium. Besides, the thing isn't that heavy. Thanks for all the help, guys. Much appreciated.
