Getting that early 70s Stevie Wonder sound

I actually just sold it.... Wasn't using it enough and times are tough! But I will have another again soon enough! I really want to get into the modular game. So many cool things out there in Eurorack world.

I am constantly having to talk myself out of buying a Sub37, they're killer.

Thought to bump this thread given the new gear that has come out since, especially the EH stuff, to see if anything shy of a MIDI solution would make that sound better than Octave box combinations for the Stevie thing.

I now realize that a key component of this is good tracking below the A on E, while it can be faked by playing an octave higher, but if we could get say all the notes on a -string B string, that would be killer.

Here are some clips, the bass only tracks actually sound like my SYB-3.

Admittedly I'm a fan boy but the Future Impact tracks well down to a low B.
