GHS p flats vs labella?

Got a set of 760FX's on my Precision now.
Love how they feel, the tension is perfect for me, and according to the specs, they're just a tad stiffer than the TI's, and only a tad. Great tone, but for some reason, and i don't know if it is inherent in these strings is that the E string is a little deader sounding then the rest. Now the strings aren't broken in yet so we'll see how they all balance out.

But my all time fav's are the JF344's, they just do something no other flat does.
Haven't tried the GHS yet and not a fan of the Chromes.

Everybody seems to forget that given similar construction from string-to-string, a larger diameter string will tend to damp overtones and not vibrate as freely in partials, hence will subjectively sound less bright, as a thinner diameter string of similar construction does for the same scale length and relative tension.

Including me.
Don't have that with the TI's though.
