GHS Progressives

I’ve been extremely curious to try these, pretty much since they were discontinued. Found that Juststrings.com has lots of singles available.

People who like these seem to love them. So, is it worth about $40 to scratch that itch, and potentially fall in love with a set I can’t get reliably? Or do I try out the Powerwounds instead, since they’re the same alloy?

GHS Progressives have been unavailable for the last couple of years. The old version was discontinued back in 2019, and the new updated version was supposed to be introduced in the spring of 2020. Then the pandemic happened and everything got sidelined. As of right now, Progressives 2.0 is still in the works, hopefully due out sometime in 2022.
