Have wanted an SG bass since I was in High School so I found one that I liked at a guitar center out of state. Listing showed great condition for around $870. Called and spoke with staff about it. Guy said he was looking right at it and looked good. Unfortunately it wasn't the same bass. Long story short thinking I was getting the red one he sold me white one which wasn't even listed at the store. An hour or so later the wife came into room screaming what did I order. Turns out it was a "Used Gibson EB3 LTD Vintage White Guitar" at $1499. We tried to cancel but they said it was already in shipping department (later get email days later saying it was just shipped) and couldn't cancel it. Serial number shows it was maDe in MARCH 2008 so it's a reissue.
Question is would anyone keep it or just get a refund since I can find a 60's vintage for around the same price.
