Gibsons upping production!

The Jr is a gorgeous little bass , but doesn’t do what an EBO does . The pickup placement is very different . I also have an SG bass , but much prefer the Jr .

I sold my sg, i loved the look & feel of the bass but i could never get the tones i wanted from it, the pick up locations on the sg are all wrong! I would buy one again if they offered a single bassbucker in the right location!

In many cases, the SG needs to have the strings changed out. I used D'Addario ETB92S Nylons on SG Standards that sounded great. The ETB92s Nylons are strung on my Epi. EB-0, and they sound great as well.

Since the Casady never was a Gibson, it wouldn't make sense.

But Casady DID play the Gibson Les Paul precursor to the eponymous Epiphone.
