If you want a stock replacement bridge that will go on using the old two hole pattern one is available from Danelectro:Any suggestions of which bridges & tuners might work best? (minimal additional holes)

Adjust the bridge , there's a sweet spot for it . The wooden ones sound better than the metal ones do .I have a Danny Longhorn (with wood bridge) & the intonation isn't even close. I love the sound & look (& weight) of this bass but can't play it above the 5th fret in tune, therefore... I can't play it.
Any suggestions?
String guage? (Gotta be RW)
