Does anybody knows where I can get the Schematics for this amp?

I got mine broken few days ago and the tech said that it needs to have the main power board replaced

Problem is that this amp is out of line and GK doesn't sells the board anymore.

I really don't wanna get stuck with a major paperweight here so if anybody could help I'll be really thankful!

best

I had the EXACT same thing. I brought it to 3 different "fix any kind of amp" techs and NONE of them could touch it.

You will NOT get any help or answers from GK either.

You ain't gonna like this but the best thing you can do is buy another one and keep yours for parts. That's what I did and I kept the power board (good one). No, I won't sell it.

I bought a 2001RB and sent it back.A 1001RBII and sent it back. The 2000RB sounds best.

Save yourself the headache I went through.!!!

There was one on ebay for about $500.

Hi.

Only applies when You or the tech has the schematics and/or the service manual. And the customer has a thick wallet.
The needed part(s) may be cheap, but troubleshooting a dead board is a PITA.

You will NOT get any help or answers from GK either.

Really? They were extremely helpful when I needed schematics for the 200SEB a while back. I have nothing but good things to say about the GK tech service.

Sam

If the info or parts are avalible they are always willing to help, they will also provide conversion info for some obsolete parts. They may not have any 2000rb power amp boards (complete) left as the 2001rb was a major change, but any parts they can still source they will.
