GK 800RB question!

Hi everyone!

I was wondering if a GK 800RB would work well with my Avatar 2X12 4 ohm cab. I've been told that the 800RB is not compatible with 4 ohm cabs. Also, it seems like optimal preformance from the 800RB is reached by having more than one cab, and my other question was would a single 2X12 handle the 800RB well?

That's the first I've heard of that.
I'm pretty sure the 800rb is a 4ohm minimum amp...in which case it will sound great with that cab.

The main amp puts out 300W @ 4 ohms. This should be fine.

The tweeter amp puts 50W @ 8 and will blow with a 4 ohm cabinet.

As long as you plug it to the primary amp, you'll be fine.
