GK Backline 115 speaker replacement

Hi,

can anyone tell me how to remove the speaker from one of these combos, its an old one :

Gallien-Krueger Backline 115 Combo

cant for the life of me figure out how to do it! Also, is it possible to to remove the front grille - it could do with a bit of straightening in parts.

There is a metal tab in each corner of the grill. Each tab has a screw that fastens the grill to the baffle board. Once the grill is removed, just remove the screws fastening the speaker to the baffle board, then pull out the driver and remove the wires with pliers (slip-on connectors).
