GK RBii multi speaker connections

Hi all,

Just a little question. My GK amp has two speakon connectors and two 1/4" sockets for speaker connectivity. Can you mix connector types for multi cab setups. I have one cab now which has a speakon connector and I am getting another cab shortly which only has a 1/4" socket.

Has anyone used or have experience with this setup? Just wondering if using one of the 1/4" sockets will disconnect the speakon sockets? Otherwise I could get some sort of adapter to use only one set of output types.

To clarify, I only want to connect two cabs, both are 8 ohm, but differing connectors.

Thanks for any help
