Goliath Cab?

It doesn't look like mine, maybe it's not a Goliath. SWR cabs typically have a kind of silver colored grill and are ported on the front bottom, this one looks like black matte, and looks as if there is no front port, but the pic may hide that.

The silver square punched grill would be quite a bit later than a Goliath. The old ones had a darker, diamond shaped grill design. This doesn't really look like those either.

It's the first run of eden 410t's.

The early goliaths were built by Eden. However, that grill is not a goliath "I" or goliath II grill, even though the cab may be. Need pic of the back.

Should be a ducted port, and a control plate that says SWR (made by Eden). :ninja:

If it is an early goliath, I gotta say they are very nice, IMHO. I have an early goliath II. It is still the punchiest thing I have ever had (thought my epi is close). Weight is almost 100 lbs...:D

That's an Eden grill on the cabinet, and the first generation Eden cabinets had silver tweeters (though I have never seen a D410T with a silver tweeter, only a D210T). A view of the rear crossover plate will solve the mystery, but in the absence of that information I would vote for either:

A. SWR Goliath I or II with the original grill replaced with an Eden grill

or

B. Early version of the Eden D410T.

Cheers,

My Goliath III looks like this if that helps.
