Double Bass Good amp/cab combo for doubling

I took a look at your profile and it looks like neither of your amps has two channels. That's something that you should consider. Unfortunately, amps that are good for Double Bass aren't always good for Electric Bass and vice versa. Most of the two channel amps developed for DB like the Acoustic Image, EA Doubler, and Walter Woods sound good with the electric but not great IMHO.
Why don't you give us some additional info. Like how much you would like to spend, what settings you will be playing in, and what style of music you play. For all intents and purposes ,you could use a GK MBE or MBS, if you bought a input switcher. But that wouldn't work if you're gonna be slappin' and poppin.

I have an Epifani UL-502 for sale in the classified sections, might interest you - two channels with independant settings, easy to switch between the two - great for doubling gigs.

as far as amps go, I love 15s for electric, hate them on upright, love 10's on upright, not so much for electric - I've found a happy medium with a schroeder 210112 or 210212, I play them on thier sides, so the 12's are firing somewhat downward

I second this. Been playing harkte for my BG for years - no complaints. But for DB no way. I think farting in a metal garbage can is a better comparison.

Let me clarify my situation a bit. I have a secondary group that plays an eclectic mix of acoustic and electric music. I'm very satisfied with my Eden WT-400/210 XLT rig for electric bass and would probably be just as well off to just get an additional small amp just for the URB. Money is not a real factor, although I don't intend to plop down a chunk-o-change on a Walter Woods and some boutique cab. I'm aware of the Acoustic Image stuff and the other more URB type amps. I really was looking to see if there might be a "Swiss Army" amp or cab out there that would handle both EB and URB equally as well.

For sometime now I've been very happy using my original
AI Focus I for doubling. A two channel would be even easier.
I use a Sansamp ParaDriver into the effects return input for
the electric bass. Sounds great. The upright has its own eq on
the amp as well as a 10 megohm input for piezo pickups.
Switching basses is as easy as turning the blend knob all the
way up for the electric and all the way down for the upright.

I'd agree that the EA gear does a good job with both upright and electric bass. In general, watch out for amps that are voiced to be "scooped" for electric bass...they're missing the heart of the DB sound.

Dunno. I own a series III Focus head and a MarkBass LMII. The LMII has more low end and less of a midrange presence than the AI but is sounds great on DB. Scooped, neutral, who knows? The sound on the gig sounds much more natural through the LMII and it is as close to 'plug and play' as I've found. My active slab goes into the effects return, but a stompbox pre would work as well. No experience with EA heads.
