Not a sealed cabinet, but IMO the 210 is the best sounding cabinet Avatar builds.
There’s a store on Reverb with Ashdown 210s on a pretty hefty discount, I bought a pair of 212s from them last week:

Peaveys always have great bottom end, and they can take a beating. And, they're cheap. That little ampeg sounds great though. I've heard one played, never played it myself. But, I'd go with the peavey. That's just me. It's dependable.
Used ones can be found in the specified price range. Assumed that was implied, but here it is now
If you are willing to look at something used I would try a Carvin BRX 210 NEO. They're fairly cheap plus loud and light (38 lbs).
Used SWR Goliath Junior II or III.
If you shop you can find them in that price range. Check Guitar Center. They often show up there for around $200-$250.

Fender Rumble 500 - 210 cabinet! Has Eminence drivers and probably one of the most over braced cabs you’ll find. Sound is extremely nice for the price. Unlike the rat fur on the Peavey, it’s covered in a leather looking wrap that’s durable and highend looking. Also has a defeatable tweeter and both 1/4” and Speakon inputs.
I love my Avatar cab, but one needed to buy from them back in the days when there was no options to just speaker options. Those were when the deals could be had.
Although they don't get a lot of love around here, the Bugera BT210 has worked really well for me with a GK MB500. New from places like Sweetwater, they're about 250. There's a place called "musicgroup1" on eBay that sells "refurbished" ones for less. I picked one up for $180 that looks, for all the world, like a brand new piece. Now, granted, the neo loaded cabs will be lighter but, bang for the buck....I'm very pleased. BTW - I'm using this set up in a country band. Not huge volume. It does cover my 5 string Fender Jazz V24 and Squier 5-string P-Bass with a SD Quarter Pounder, very nicely.
Sounds really good. A little darker than my main cab, but I think it'll get the job done. One of the speakers in my Tecamp S210 died, so I needed a quick backup for a gig on Friday.
IMO the best 210 you can get is a 115. Lighter, cheaper, smaller and, to my ears, better bass response.

I gigged one of those (JR II) in 4 Ohm IIRC with a Hartke 1400 as my mini-rig back in the late 80's and 90's and it was a sweet cab!
Yep. Still got my Goliath Junior II plus the SM-400 I bought to go with it. It’s a pretty powerful little full range rig. I keep thinking that maybe I’ll get a second Goliath Junior cab to keep the first one company.

I liked the TC RS210’s I had much more than the ampeg 210AV’s. FWIW
When I think good and cheap... the RS210 is exactly that. I think I paid under $300 each for mine which were essentially mint.
