Good guitar forums?

Hey guys

Just so you know, I love TB. Its a great place to gets tons of information about basses, and the people on here are very nice and helpful. But I am also a guitar player. What is the TalkBass of guitar forums? I don't think there's a TalkGuitar :hiding:

I've only tried ultimate guitar so far, but the people on there don't seem as happy to help as people on TB. Is there any other guitar forums that I should try out?

Thanks everyone :bassist:

EDIT: String Theory beat me.

Check out Invalid Link Removed Its heavily focused on telecasters but its well moderated, and the people by and large are good helpful folks. They have a small bass section, and even though its tele focused, they do even let Les Paul owners post. ;)

Right now they're doing their yearly fundraiser, and raffling off a number of really nice tele-style guitars. You'll see stickies in the forums for donations, etc. Don't worry, the site is free, but of course you're welcome to donate I'm sure.

The Gear Page.
(A lot of valuable information and high traffic. It's good for GAS generation. Don't say anything bad about high-dollar gear though, and if you try to defend low-dollar gear, get ready for a fight.)

The Acoustic Guitar Forum.
(Great forum, great people, but they have their own way of doing things and you will conform to their expectations.)

Harmony Central Forums
(Good information, but a lot of "kids" who just want to screw around on the 'net.)

I've participated in all of those forums, and my takes come from personal experience.

I hope this helps.
