Good Octave up?

Akai UniBass if you can find one is the bomb tracks well and sounds more organic that many of the pitch shifters out there.
Most multi effects include pitch shifting and the Zoom B2 and B3 work quite well and will even do 2 octaves up.

As much as I really like their chorus, flanger, phaser, and many of the OD's and fuzz, DO NOT get the Mooer Pure Octave or Pitch Box. Granted, all their stuff are knock-offs, but those two were massive fails.
I do have to add that I use a Micro Pog, it tracks pretty flawlessly, the pitch is dead on for the most part, love the polyphonic capacity, but I always have to chase it with an EQ to dial out a particular digital ringing overtone that I find annoying(although it might get lost in the cacophony of a band). I've tried bass and guitar graphic stomp boxes, and now I'm using a Presonus 1/3 rack size 3 band parametric. Kinda cumbersome, but it's given me the best results so far. Perhaps that overtone won't bug you that much.
The T-Rex Octavius has a decent octave up and the tracking is excellent even with chords, plus it has a separate boost button and level control that can be used as a clean boost with both octave's turned off.
The microPOG is an excellent option for a good octave up. The Pitchfactor just can't keep up with fast or complex playing. I loved the microPOG i tried out so much it became a POG2 and now a HOG. (both overkill if all you want is a good octave up)
The Octavius is a tad cleaner than the microPog. The only negative is a slightly longer latency between input and output.
I love the pog2 and Hog, just to expensive :/

OK, if you specifically want an organ emulation, as opposed to a Tom Petersson-esque 12 string bass octave onslaught, then the Organizer is the way to go. There are some similarities to the mPog, but a few more features that helps it do what it does. There is a latency(by design)that may annoy someone wanting just a doubling octave effect.
