I have a Pitchfactor and the microPog. The microPog tracks better.
The Octavius is a tad cleaner than the microPog. The only negative is a slightly longer latency between input and output. The T-Rex Octavius has a decent octave up and the tracking is excellent even with chords, plus it has a separate boost button and level control that can be used as a clean boost with both octave's turned off.
The microPOG is an excellent option for a good octave up. The Pitchfactor just can't keep up with fast or complex playing. I loved the microPOG i tried out so much it became a POG2 and now a HOG. (both overkill if all you want is a good octave up)
