Good passive P bass pickup for me

I like my seymour Duncan spb3. Don't know if you're looking for anything that hot but they ate real boom and put out a lot of clean "ring".

I think that is a pretty accurate description. It was an upgrade over the stock pickup in my 03 American Standard. It is a really rock/metal pickup in my opinion, and it does that really well. It worked great in my metal tribute band but I don't think it would fit in my other band, where I have the P strung with flats for a more vintage tone.
