I'm sure he'd charge me a good bill for that. I've never played Rogers stuff, I've heard it. It has a top notch jazz bass sound, in my opinion, better than even the custom shop fenders.

I just watched the video Roy posted over the in thread on the Roy Vogt Signature Carvin 6'er.

That thing is SWEET! I haven't had any GAS at all in 2 years - since I got my EBMM Sterling 5. But, suddenly, I have GAS! A 6-string active/passive P bass, with an ebony fretboard. And only $1600, new. It's 34" scale, but that would be my personal preference anyway. I don't like the extra stretch required with my 35" basses.

I don't at all mind it and prefer the tight feeling of the strings for the fancy stuff. I'm a young buck though, and I'm still improving daily. I really like the massive feel of a 35, but I can understand why people don't like it.
