Oh man...Emerson and Lake in the same year! Way back, I remember going to the Olympic Stadium in Montreal to hear ELP on their (abridged) tour with a 63-piece orchestra. Now, the Big Owe is a poured-concrete mess of a stadium with horrendous acoustics, but when Greg Lake sang "Lucky Man" you could have heard a pin drop in there. It was one of those magic moments in my concert-going life, and I feel blessed to have been there. And now he's gone. I wish him every joy in his next journey.

Yes, and I find that Carl Palmer must be very nervous at the moment. They die off (will die off) in the same order as their band name: Emerson, Lake & Palmer. As if it is another prank pulled by the grim reaper as the year 2016 (the year that God forgot) remains a couple of weeks to be seen.
