Google plus login gone?

Well title says it all, I can no longer see the button to log me in using G+.
Is this expected behaviour? Has it been removed?

(I'm using fb login now, so I'm actually not new here.)

The weird thing is that I am still receiving mails for threads I watched on the other account...

Google is shutting down it's Google plus service. I see that possibility of logging in is gone again. Makes sense, but is there some form of migration possible for accounts?
BTW I am still receiving mails from the old account "Replies you've missed", but I can no longer login to that account. I am sure the login originates from that old account as the list of watched threads is not the same as the one on my current account.
