So for Xmas I got the SansAmp bass driver Di pedal. It's a great pedal and as far as tone goes it got me in the vacinity of the tone I sought. However it still wasn't the tone I was hearing in my head so I did some searching on what some of my bigger influences like Duff Mckagan and Tommy Stinson use and they both had the RBI in their rigs. Naturally I had to buy one, especially after watching some review/demo vids on the tube. Within seconds of hooking it up I know I have what I need for dialing in the tone I want. Couldn't be happier.
