Got some new cabs, they are pretty big....

Those look killer! How many minions does it take to move them?

I can see the problem being that if that stack is on one side of the stage pointing straight out you might not hear yourself on the other side of the stage so a second stack like that would be required. :) At which point I am sure someone would suggest a pychological assessment be performed on you. :) I know a lot of TBers are in to small, light, portable etc etc but if I showed up at a gig and the bass player was using something like that I would wet myself. Love the big rig!

i've been seeing a lot of bands use emperor cabs live. one of the more interesting setups was a band called the young widows. the guitarist and bassist had matching cabs and some of the speaker holes were actually spotlights.

So those are my new Emperor 4x12 and 4x15 cabs, they are massive, and huge. Dudes custom make them out of Chicago, and I got a really good deal on them. Sorry the pic kinda sucks, but trust me these things are huge and sound incredible. You really can't grasp the gravity of the hugeness of these things until you see them in person.

They are all various Eminence speakers in the cabs, and they produce some serious low end, they make me happier than few things can.


I'll write more when I get less excited and just overwhelmed I'll give a better review later.

it looks like you would have to stand on your tiptoes to adjust the head unit....thats awesome!
