Great Bass songs no one thinks off.

I'm sitting year listening to Goodbye Yellow Brick Road in its entirety. Good god, this is an amazing record. Dee Murry just destroys the bass through the entire album.

Got me thinking - what are some great Bass records that no one really talks about?
There's a lot of great songs with awesome bass work that just sort of sit under the radar.

Please don't cite anything by the Beatles, people talk about them plenty

Honestly, I can't believe all of the bass nuggets I'm hearing (now that I'm listening for them) in a lot of my playlist. I think I've always been drawn to music with good or great bass lines, just never really focused on most of them before I started playing bass. I think the only band in my top lineup that doesn't feature great bass lines is the Eagles. Nothing wrong with Schmidt's or Meisner's lines - just not very inspiring as a rule - probably the only band I could pull off as Tribute player - so long as my vocal work is optional! For them it''s the vocal and guitar work that pique my interest. But I've noticed that all my other go to bands (Beatles, Doobies, EJ, Billy Joel, Little Feat, Chicago, Bonamassa, Tower of Power) have some great bass tracks that just sit back in the shadows and push the songs. I'm even beginning to appreciate all the love for John Paul Jones (never been much of a Zep fan) now that I'm listening differently.

anything by delta 5 ,their basslines are hella stylish,I also particularly like the basslines in double nickels on the dime and the basslines by mark sandman
If I had to name songs,I think they´d be glory of man,good and blame by soul coughing,none of them are really all that difficult but they add an entirely different layer any other bass player wouldnt have added
