Yes what a shame, it looks like you're the ONLY one who has ever (in the company's history) had a bad experience with their customer service

Perhaps I am the only one in the company's history Lorenzini. With passive-aggressive responses like yours, I suspect most will keep their stories to themselves rather than be baited into an petty squabble on a public forum.
