Hi,

Are the strings roundwound or flatwound? You say they're roundwound and later mention that they are Rotosound flats. I can't afford the bass if I have to have someone put on new strings as I can only play on flatwounds.

Also, can you link to some information or a biography of Bob Steele. He sounds famous and this must be a great buy if he is.

Edit 2: The only Bob Steele I can find has been dead for 8 years. It's going to be kind of hard for him to have it autographed how he promises.

Oh, wow, well that clears it up. The bass is truly worth $550 !!!! Maybe he ran those strings up and down his a$$ crack too. That would explain the $250 price tag on the strings!
