GRECO 85 PRECISION REPLACEMENT NECK?

Im considering buying a 85 greco Precision Which I Can get for really cheap, it looks really COOL and have a nice low weight Which I like, but The neck is warped and not very good and I would want too replace it.

How does modern REPLACEMENT necks(fender, allparts warmoth) etc fit old japanese fender-replicas like these, any experience someone?
