found this forum a week ago while googling for vintage basses and have been making endless searches herein since...
To put a long story short I was born in Spain + 40 years ago but have lived most of my life in cold Finland. So, it´s probably the flamenco running in my veins that got me hooked to rhythm in my early childhood and the cold living surroundings that slowed me down to the point that I did not surrender and began playing anything until now - that is, I am a total novice!
But that is OK. What I lack in experience I back up with attitude
