Also, lots of bass players are looking for basses like the http://www.talkbass.com/forum/f105/. Starting a Bass thread with all the details (bass specs, pickup choices, video demos, etc.) would probably get some views. Demos with different rigs, especially tube amp/2x15, would be good. Not just the bass by itself but also sitting in the mix with a group.
Comparing it to other Warwick basses like the Star Bass II would be helpful. Here's a demo that I found:
Also, searching the Basses for sale will give you more info.

Thanks for the welcome, and also the great info! We've been following the forum for a quite a long time. Our intention is to bridge the gap between company and player, to be more accessible to everyone...we are here to listen as well as share. Thanks again!

The best thing for me would be to have a US source for parts and information.
Fortunately I am in driving distance to the NYC Warwick Shop, but trying to get anything via mail from Warwick Germany is so expensive. And although the customer service via email is pretty good, I sometimes encounter a language/translation barrier.
I love Warwick basses and I am excited to have some more direct conversation.
One last thing. Are you an individual dedicated to TB, or might we be interacting with a team of people?

Is distribution and availability going to improve? It seems anything Warwick from parts to basses is hard to find unless going through Ebay or the NYC custom shop. I used to have a few dealers around me years ago, but they all stopped carrying the line. I would really like like to see more in stores, on-line, especially being such a lefty friendly company.

Hey Warwick Official, welcome to TB. Just wanted to take a moment to say "hello" and request that Warwick to build an affordable medium scale 5'r. I was really disappointed this winter to learn that the 2012 32" Rockbass Corvette 5'r listed on your website was only a typo. No need for apologies, I just wanted to share that I think this would be a mutually beneficial endeavor as I would have the bass of my dreams and Warwick would be the first major manufacturer to address this segment of the market.
I believe there is interest in such a bass based on the relatively active Medium Scale Bass Club here at TB:

It's time for alternate scale basses to be more obtainable for bassists. A lot of bassists hate the idea of anything less than 34" for a five string, but if they ever played a QUALITY medium scale fiver, they'd change their mind.

YES - we need more medium scale basses. An affordable 5 string would be fantastic, and we know Warwick can do a great job at it. I'll certainly take one, and a 4 also.

Thanks for the comments! You can still have any bass made to any specs through the custom shop, but of course it carries an up-charge if its not in the current lineup or options menu. Besides being available for questions and assistance, a big part of the reason I'm here is take all of this feedback to the company, and in the future we can incorporate these ideas into new models or bring back popular models, especially now that the Rockbass line has been completely overhauled. In the case of the FNA...its available through the custom shop by ordering a Corvette and changing the pickup configuration. There are a lot of new things going on a Warwick...thanks for playing your part!
I'd love to see a Korean Fortress, or even a Fortress Flashback. Ever thought about a Corvette Flashback, could be interesting? The lipstick pups intrigue me, but have never played any.
