Grounding Problem?

I recently purchased a vintage Acoustic 150 head and 8x10 cab. The setup is great except I hear a hum through the amp regardless if my bass is plugged into it or into the cab. I tried the amp at the Guitar Center where I bought it with my bass before I purchased it and I did not hear the hum. I also have an Acoustic b20 that I used before I got the head and cab and it also has the same hum. I tried plugging in the amp into every outlet in my house with the same result. I figure it must be some sort of grounding issue that is causing the hum. Has anyone had a similar situation or know of any possible solutions?

Get an outlet tester, only a few bucks at most hardware stores.
