It sounds like we are only hearing a mic in the room. Are we hearing the acoustic sound of the bass as well as the amplified sound?

So Warren Vache Sr. passed away in Februrary 2005, so this recording can't be any newer than that.

Digital tweaking was possible by then, although a lot of the more technical stuff we see and hear today couldn't have been done then.

Because of the mild acoustical presence in the recording I suspect this was mic'ed, but I have no real proof. We'd need to talk with a relative or someone who was there.
