I've got to gloat, sorry. I went to GC in Dallas last Friday to use a $15 card. I saw a Warwick Bubinga Corvette Active selling for $699. I bought it the next day. The shipping tags on it's gig bag had a 12/2/08 ship date. That means GC must have just received it, for me to be able to purchase it only 4 days after it was shipped. It was perfect.

Why would GC sell a brand new inventory item for more than 50% off of their normal selling price? Are they clearing them out?

That might be the case. It wasn't that long ago that Warwicks shot way up in price due to the exhange rate.

Yes, its bubinga. I had an ash one in the past and didn't like the softness of the wood. I've already waxed it twice.

i dont know if your guys GC's are letting you do it, but for the holiday season and a little into january we can Deal with them again
