You got that right. .22 is becoming my new best friend. Heavy metal prices are on the decline, we'll see if that means cheaper ammo.

Kind of funny... I see metal prices going down, fuel prices going down, but consumer goods seem to stay the same or go up... WHAT GIVES?

I had to write Chicken of the Sea a NASTY email when I noticed that they had reduced their normal 6 oz. cans to 5 oz. cans... and kept the same price. Fuel costs about half what it did in the last year, but let's charge more!!! :scowl:

No, that's a semi.

I'm not sure there is a full auto Mauser broomhandle. What would be the point in a 10 shot full auto pistol?

Even though the Mauser with the wood stock says "automatic" I'm with PacMan here... I don't think there was a full-auto pistol.
"Automatic" does not necessarily mean Fully-automatic.

Correct me if I'm wrong but there are not many "production" full-auto pistols besides the Glock 18 and the Beretta 93R.

the UZI pistol.

Wow looking at tha vid that doesnt seem like a good handgun the bullet shells come out of the top of it!

EDIT:
I don't think this is factory...
That looks very dangerous...
There isn't enough to this gun to do anything but melt if it ever went full auto for more than a second or so.

the Uzi is only a (barely)pistol in name, those things weigh about 14 pounds when loaded with no stock and about 22lbs with the wooden stock. They're much bigger in person than you think, and they are in an underpowered caliber for that much girth. The Mini-Uzi and the MAC-10/11 are probably what you are thinking of...

Well, I can tell you that mine has the shoulder stock/holster (they're one and the same). But it's only a 10 round mag, so there's your answer.

I'd never heard of a full auto model before.

Hmmm im wondering if maybe the modification of this gun to full-auto, if there ever was a selective fire one, is in fact so easy that it could led ppl to mistake the phrase "it could go full auto" to "it goes full auto", I have been looking thrugh the internet and found some more ppl believing it is full auto so we might have probably found a WWII myth?

I love the custom touches on this series 80 by Dave Erickson :)
