Yes pole pieces are Allen wrench adjustable.

Rebuilding a 1987 hamer Cruise bass. What pickups were used? Humbucker, seymour?

Here's my '95 Cruise, all stock. The pups are the basic Duncan single coils (I forget the model # offhand).

Edit: Oops...just realized yours is an '87....nevermind.

The regular ones had Dimarzio pickups. Custom versions had OBL (passive) and later EMG (active) pickups.

I have a vintage DiMarzio precision set with the adjustable poles if you need it. Covers are the classic "cream" color (I probably have some black covers too, though they wouldn't be original).
