I saw the same tour. In my case, it was Jan 1978. Wasn't my first concert, but after a life time of live shows, still remains hands down the best. Queen at their peak (the "Day at the Races" tour) was truly unreal, and Thin Lizzy wasn't exactly shabby either. My very 1st concert: Thin Lizzy opening for Queen circa ‘77. I had been playing bass for < 1 year. Shove Phil Lynott and John Deacon into a 15 year old brain and the rest is history.
