Happy birthday, Munjibunga!

Hmmm ... just found this. Thanks for your thoughts, everybody. Seriously, I didn't think I'd be this affected by a bunch of 1s and 0s. It means more than you might expect. This is a great place to hang out, loaded with great people.

Yes, I'm grumpy, opinionated, snide, sarcastic, outspoken and a gear weenie. But I'm REAL close to the age when I can get away with all of it because I'm OLD (but I still have all my hair and most of my teeth). Oh yeah, you left out two of my favorites, arrogant and condescending.

Anyway, my mother-in-law got me a Tube Screamer and I got a new Furman PL-Plus with some giff cerfetickets. That's pretty much it. Oh yeah, a new Blue Blazer. And a dolphin vase for some new silk flowers (you've seen them around my house). And the new Eagles DVD. Mamacita also wants to charge that Sadowsky against my birthday, but I've had it for two months.

So thanks again, and Happy Birthday, "Brad."

Ooops! A day late. Happy bday +1 day day.

Actually,I gave a set to my friend. He's been playing the same bass for 4 years and has yet to change the strings. He likes the "dead" sound, which I kind of do as well, however I feel its just a matter of time before one of them bad boys break. I guess in a way I paid it forward? :)

Happy Beleagured Birf Day Munj!

Hey, according to the Munji Freudian Theory of GAS, should those of us who were bottle fed have worse GAS than those who were breast fed? :hmm:
No, because those who were bottle-fed are going to have a lot easier time suckling again, and don't need the gear fix.

I can hear it now ... "Uh, mom, remember when you used to breast-feed me? Well, uhhh ..."
