I'm not sure how old Prince would be today but I must say the world isn't as funky without him in it....

I'm very grateful for the influence of my older sister who was a Prince FANATIC in the early 80's and exposed me to his music at an early age.

Purple Rain was the first movie I saw in the theater (at age 4) and I've never been the same!

What is your favorite Purple jam?

I'm dead set on putting a purple sparkle finish on an axe, someday....

I clearly recall being disappointed after seeing Purple Rain as a little Goose- I was hoping that The Time would win!

that song is about his birthday among other things. a very somber song, i imagine he was lonely for many birthdays. a true genius.

I wasn't a huge fan of his style, but his originality and talent were endless. He gets high respect in my book.
