I've been travelling Europe looking for someone who can keep up with us. Thought we'd have a challenge with the Germans....not at all.
A trip to Wisconsin may be on the cards. I hope I'm not disappointed.

We make a pretty fair bit of whiskey. The trick to finding great beer in the states is to buy stuff made locally. The mass produced stuff is fairly weak, I'll grant you that, but a couple of Dirty Bastards from the Founders brewery down the road will knock you on your arse!
I'll never say never, but my taste buds are finely attuned to Irish and Scotch whiskeys. Not got the taste for bourbon, its too sweet for me.
Get over to Ireland and get out on the Guinness, that stuff'll put hair on places you didn't realise you had when its properly poured.
