Hard Wired Sytem - Headphone or In Ear (IEM) System.

I've gone to look at in ear monitor systems.

Is there anything known that is designed to be hardwired?

I have a church gig with the worst possible ambient conditions. There's no need to go wireless.

Would be nice to have

1-Mic in
2-Bass In
3-Monitor Mix

Guessing what I may really be describing is a small mixer.

Any suggestions?

Looking for a backline option that will eliminate some cross wash and monitors.

The only issue I've had is distortion from overdriving the DI from a Cirrus... I"m unsure if it's the DI section is bad or if I'm mating gear together that's incompatible.

It's been stellar from an external DI.
