I'll mention two.
"What You're Doin'" by Rush, because the sync between me and the guitar as we run the lines in perfect unison was tough to get nailed and down to the level of chemistry.
"The Christmas Song" by Mel Torme because it was just me and a singer having to do a sort of a duet and we had just a touch of piano accompaniment. Massively exposed and so slow. A real killer.
