I had my TC Electronic BH250 as a backup amp for the past few years but it is on it's way out, the fan doesn't work anymore, neither does the tone print function and sometimes it makes krackling noises so I was idly looking to find a replacement until I found this:

I ordered it immediately, I still marvel over how much amp is available for 99 euros!

I'd be amused to see a gut pic. At that price, it can't have an IcePower in it. Maybe the ubiquitous Infineon IR4322 circuit that's in all of the other micro heads.

I have this little Harley Benton amp, pairs great with a modeller.

I'm sure that the bigger one will be great also...

There is no reason why it can't.

The HB-800 retails at £260 and it has an IcePower-700AS.
The HB-200 could easily have an IcePower-200AS, bulk buying does wonderful things to OEM pricing.

In the manual it says: " Class-D ICE power amplifier ", so...
