Hartke 4x10 speaker issue

Ok, I'm running a Behringer BX3000t head (*please hold the bashing comments*) through a Hartke 4x10XL cab, and when I turn it up about halfway, or use the Deep Bass button, the top right speaker rattles. (There is no obvious separation or damage)

I'm pretty sure it's not a mounting issue, because when I pulled the grill and push in slightly on the bottom of the cone I hear it more, but not when I push in on the top of the cone. And it doesn't do this on any of the other speakers.
My question is: Do I need to have it re-coned or would it be easier/cheaper to replace the speaker?
Could this be caused by it being used/stressed and have no obvious damage?

I'm going to guess this is another occurrence of the infamous Harkte "dust cap" issue. but will let someone more qualified than myself confirm and elaborate on that here. I have a Hartke 210 cab from the mid-90s doing the same thing and suspect it is a dust cap but haven't gotten around to having it checked out yet.
