Has anyone placed an order from Ergo Straps ?

Their straps look very nice and comfy have an overall good reputation.
So I made my mind to make a purchase for one in stock and placed an order 2 weeks ago but still got a no clue of my order status.

They do offers "track orders" menu on their website only to find that I've never placed an order (but I did via paypal).

I send messages regarding this during their office hours through whatsapp where they say "The team typically replies in a few minutes." But the most of my messages have been read and ignored lol.

Fortunately I got an answer from them last week saying "every shipments will be made in this week." but they wouldn't.

Is there anyone who has placed an order from them?
waiting more than 2 weeks even not knowing my order has been properly received..
read, simply ignore messages..
I'm purely wondering that all of these are normal.

I’ve sent them numerous emails and through their Instagram account with no reply. I moved on. Try Righton Straps. I went with them and many dealers here in the US!

I tried to reach them through Instagram with no reply either.
But they did answer me back literally in 5 minutes when I made a complain through Paypal. Yes!
They sent me a strap, got it today which is good. happy ending.

I'll give it a shot for my next strap! Thanks for the recommendation @Joeykun

They are really bad responding any type of communication. Your best bet is to buy in the US, and a different brand perhaps.
