Has anyone tried a two compressor set up?

I remember watching Juan Alderete use his CS2 at the beginning of the chain (his signature sound) and use an MXR bass compressor at the end to tame delays, there you go.

You mean this?

Interesting, 'cause my first thought was: Why using a compressor to tame delays... why not configure the dealy properly... but I guess, in case of that delay, it's a different story :D

I use Becos Twain compressor in stacked mode which is basically two compressors in series. The first is set with fast attack and higher threshold to get rid of the peaks and the second is set with slower attack, lower threshold and low ratio for general tone shaping...
